Tom Moore, Lead Vocals, Harmonica & Guitar

Tom has been a member of a number of Northern California bands including “The Edsels,” “The Hucklebucks,” and “Group Therapy.” In his early singer-songwriter days, he opened for a diverse group of artists including Michael Hedges, T-Bone Burnett, Jonathan Richman, and Jesse Colin Young. Tom hit his stride after launching an all-star tribute band, “Elvis and The Experience.” Performing at Harlow’s in Sacramento and Northern California casinos. Tom’s Elvis act caught the attention of Gretsch Guitars and he became a Gretsch artist in 2018. 

    Mark has been playing guitar since he was 9 years old. He attended The Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University as a jazz performance major. He was employed by Warner Bros as a music engraver. Mark toured Japan with blues guitarist Guitar Shorty, and worked with Robert Fripp, Kevin Eubanks (The Tonight Show) Sally Struthers, Tom Scott, Don Rickles and more. He tours with both The Traveling Wilburys Review and Creedence Revelation, a tribute act featuring Randy Linder. Mark captures the soul and instrumental stylings of Tom Petty's long time writing and playing partner, Mike Campbell.

Todd was a part of several talented original and cover bands in the LA area. He was a founding member of “The Visitors” and “The 8 Balls” who were regulars in the LA club scene, including appearances at Madame Wong’s - the spawning ground of bands like X, Oingo Boingo, the Motels, The Knack, and the Go-Go’s. Todd loves vintage instruments and has played, collected, and sold vintage bass guitars for over 25 years. He appreciates the distinctive tones that these instruments bring to the “Tom And The Broken Heart's” band sound. 

Chris Sanborn has a degree in music and has been an independent recording engineer in San Francisco as well as owning his own recording studio in Davis California. He has sung with the San Francisco Symphony chorus, the Austrian National Radio Choir, and has a full three-octave vocal range. Along with his keyboarding skills, he plays guitar and bass. Chris has also toured with several groups and is currently touring nationally with the Traveling Wilburys Review performing as Roy Orbison. 

Andy Angel is master of classic rock drum styles. He is also the drummer for “Ticket To Ride Live” a very popular Beatles tribute band in the Northern California area. Andy loves the entire Tom Petty catalog and is glad to be a member of Tom and The Broken Hearts. Andy’s interest in drums started at a very young age and he has been playing, restoring and collecting classic 1960’s drum sets for many years. You might wonder how many drum sets one person needs. According to Andy, the answer is always - one more set.
